The Role

As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial health of our client's operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic financial planning. Your expertise will be crucial in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, supporting the company's growth and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounting operations, financial planning, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple states.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform cost-benefit analysis, and support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement financial best practices and optimize financial performance.
  • Enhance financial systems and processes, utilizing technology for efficiency.
About You
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CGMA with at least 3 years of post-articles experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management, any experience with US companies would be advantageous.
  • Proficient with modern financial software and systems.
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Motivated by contributing to the success of innovative healthcare solutions.
