Job Description
  • Qualifications: FAIS recognized qualification is essential, RE5 completed, with evidence of 12 months of commission statements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners, and other Absa entities.
  • Sales Targets: Proactively contact customers to meet sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Plan activities by identifying clients to contact during specific periods.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities adhere to control, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Broker Practice Management: Ensure staff members (Broker Assistants and Interns) understand their roles and responsibilities within the practice.
Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
