Nursetec SA seeks a skilled and experienced finance professional with a sound background in Accounts Management and Bookkeeping.

Duties
  • Overseeing financial operations with meticulous attention to detail, establishing, implementing and overseeing effective systems, processes and controls
  • Providing relevant feedback and discipline as required
  • Performing a range of financial duties such as maintaining general ledgers, reconciling bank accounts and bookkeeping up to trial balance
  • Establishing, maintaining and balancing various accounts using computerised bookkeeping systems
  • Executing all financial systems and procedures for cash books, petty cash, credit cards, debtors and creditors
  • Data entry and database management, maintaining meticulous records, compiling, composing, and signing final annual financial statements
  • Compiling of monthly management accounts
  • Assisting with various audits (external and internal)
  • Processing and reconciling monthly payroll, staff commissions, and statutory payments
  • Assisting with tender applications
  • ing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements
  • SARS Compliance (in respect of all tax types and types of entities including individuals)
  • Liaising with other departments in respect of above
  • PA related duties directly to the CEO

  • Completed articleship training (signed off by an accredited training office)
