Role Description

• Oversee financial planning, project funding, and investment structuring for major energy projects.
• Lead project finance transactions, debt and equity arrangements, and investor relations.
• Manage financial risk, compliance, and reporting across the group and project SPVs.
• Collaborate with development, legal, and technical teams to ensure bankability and investor confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CFA, CA, or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in corporate finance or investment banking, with at least 5 years in oil & gas or infrastructure finance
