Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance, compliance, audit, or governance roles.
• Working knowledge of BEE requirements and audit processes.
• ESG exposure advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support CFO and finance team with financial reporting and audit preparation.
• Assist with management accounts, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate requests from auditors and advisors.
• Maintain corporate governance records and statutory filings.
• Support compliance documentation for board and committees.
• Track regulatory and Companies Act compliance items.
• Maintain and update Risk Registers.
• Coordinate B-BBEE documentation and verification support.
• Assist with risk identification workshops.
• Support ESG data collection and compliance tracking.
