Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for facilities management operations.
  • Manage all administration related to Soft Services.
  • Monitor delivery timelines for service requests.
  • Manage contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate functions and events and compile schedules.
  • Prepare routine maintenance schedules and soft services reports.
