Job summary

A leading training and development organization is looking for a Facilitator for INSETA Wealth Management L5. The ideal candidate will have a vocational qualification in line with QCTO requirements and at least 3-5 years of experience in HRD/Training and Development, alongside strong facilitation and presentation skills. This role is integral in delivering effective training across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in HRD / Training and Development field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development within OBE SETA.
  • 3-5 years' experience in facilitating INSETA Wealth Management NQF L5.

Skills

Understanding of SETA, QCTO & SAQA
Facilitation and presentation skills
High level of computer literacy

Education

Vocational qualification - As per QCTO requirements
Facilitation qualifications or equivalent
ODETDP qualification or equivalent
Qualification in Supply Chain Management / Logistics

Minimum Education and / or Qualifications required
  • Vocational qualification - As per QCTO requirements; one [1] Subject Level higher than being Facilitated
  • Facilitation qualifications or equivalent
  • ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training Development Practices) qualification or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Qualification in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / project management
Minimum Experience required
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in HRD / Training and Development field
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development within OBE SETA and / or NQF context
  • 3- 5 years' experience in facilitating INSETA Wealth Management NQF L5
Minimum Job Competencies required
  • A workable understanding of SETA, QCTO & SAQA
  • Understand principles of Education, Training and Development
  • Ability to implement / apply Legislative requirements [example SDA; SDLA & OHSA]
  • Ability to identify, quality assure and / or assess theoretical modules required
  • Ability to present / deliver training modules
  • Good facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to liaise with all levels throughout the Organisation and / or Group
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Qualified & registered assessor [where / when applicable]
