  • Executecontent creation for social media, the website, and digital platforms to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Arrangeexternal business events and conferences by coordinating with stakeholders, directing planning andlogistics, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and industry calendars.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of the Enaex corporate identity bysupporting todefinebrand guidelines, overseeing branded collateral production, and supporting departments inmaintainingbrand consistency across all materials.
  • Apply a strategic mindset to position the brand competitively within the market.
  • Assistadvertising activities by settingobjectives,identifyingtarget audiences, selecting platforms, booking placements, developing content, and monitoring performance.
  • Coordinate and execute external marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including digital media, print, PR, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and return on investment, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Liaise with external partners, marketing agencies, media partners, and consultants to execute campaigns, and coordinate with industry associations, government, and clients for joint initiatives.
  • Oversee sponsorships for product divisions byidentifyingeventobjectives,allocatingbudgets, negotiating sponsorships, ensuring effective activation, and evaluating results against performance metrics.
  • Utilise digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and AI-driven solutions to enhance campaign targeting, personalisation, and impact.
  • Leverage data analytics for brand monitoring and insights-driven decision-making.
  • Explore and implement innovative technologies to improve marketing efficiency and the overall customer experience.
  • Assistto define departmental budget. Implement and manage expenditure within budget by understanding cost components, approving spending in alignment with financial policies, and conducting monthly reviews.
  • Monitor actual expenditure by analysing financial reports,identifyinganomalies or areas of concern, and executingtimelycorrective actions.
  • Maintain ongoing SHE compliance by reviewing current practices,identifyingdeviations, and correcting them within established timelines.
  • Build andmaintainproductive relationships with internal and external stakeholders byfacilitatingregular communication, exchanging feedback, and supporting collaboration.
  • Manage service provider performance by tracking service level agreements,monitoringdelivery against standards,identifyingissues, and applying corrective actions when necessary.
  • Contribute to the team by activelyparticipatingin team events,identifyingareas where support is needed, and providing the necessaryassistance.
  • Engage with team members consistently and be an active, dependable presence in daily team activities.
  • Contribute to the sustainability strategy of the department
