Job summary

A prominent entertainment company based in Randburg seeks an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support the CFO, CIO, and GM. The successful candidate will manage office staff and perform general PA duties including taking minutes during meetings. Candidates must have Grade 12 and relevant PA experience, and a legal background is a plus. This full-time role requires the ability to work under pressure and start immediately or by January 2026. Ideal applicants should live nearby due to long working hours.

Qualification :
  • Grade 12 (Matric) any Office Administration Certificate or Diploma will be an advantage
  • 5 -10 years relevant PA experience
  • Must be able to work under pressure
Duties :
  • General Executive PA duties for CFO CIO and GM
  • Manage 5 office staff
  • Any legal background would be an advantage e.g. bank guarantees legal contracts etc.
  • Taking minutes during meetings / agendas
Desirable requirements :
  • Must be able to start immediately or latest in January 2026
  • Own Transport
  • Live close to area - working long hours
