Hire Resolve Client is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their mining company based in Gauteng. The role involves providing high‑level strategic and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient office operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and seamless execution of business priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the CEO’s schedule, correspondence, travel and office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and communications to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
  • Conduct research and compile insights to inform business strategies and proposals.
  • Coordinate and track projects, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Manage relationships and communication with key stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Grade 12.
  • Bachelors degree in a technical or business‑related field such as Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Proposal/Report Writing and Project Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate executive‑level activities and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in corporate settings including private office operations, stakeholder engagement and executive support.
  • Valid driver’s license.
