Ensure that IT investments are aligned with the company's goals, providing scalability, reliability, and security.

Design and maintain a high‑level blueprint of the organization's IT landscape, including infrastructure, applications, data, and business processes.

Establish architecture standards and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability.

Lead the creation of governance frameworks and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

Evaluate new technologies and guide the organization in adopting modern tools, platforms, and processes.

Ensure smooth integration of new systems and platforms into the existing IT landscape.

Lead decisions related to system upgrades, migrations, and consolidations.

Work closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and recommend IT solutions.

Collaborate with various business units and IT teams to understand their needs and propose appropriate technology strategies.

Act as a bridge between business needs and the client
