Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering management or product development.
• Proven background in battery systems, electronics, or R&D environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
• Hands-on experience with electrochemistry and Li-ion battery technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
