About the role:

Lead a collaborative editorial team to create and deliver high‑quality legal content for the U.S. market. You’ll manage content development, implement modern workflows, and champion innovative practices, including AI‑enabled solutions, to improve speed, quality, and scalability.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality content: Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant content that meets business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage resources: Oversee budgets and enforce best practices for quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the team: Recruit, coach, and support team members; foster an inclusive and growth‑oriented environment.
  • Drive innovation: Promote AI‑assisted content creation and standardize workflows for future‑ready products.
  • Use data for improvement: Monitor performance metrics and apply insights to enhance processes.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with editors, operations, product, and technology teams to unlock new opportunities and improve customer experience.
  • Model the culture: Encourage learning, clear decision‑making, and accountability.
Experience:
  • Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent).
  • Editorial or content development experience in publishing, media, or legal fields.
  • Leadership experience (3+ years preferred) with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Strong organizational and process‑management abilities.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions; proficiency in Excel.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience with content management systems, XML, vendor management, and AI tools in editorial workflows (preferred).
