A nonprofit organization in Cape Town seeks an Early Life Operations Administrator to support the delivery of Early Life programs through administration and coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role and be fluent in English. Responsibilities include event coordination, communication with stakeholders, and managing systems for program delivery. The role requires flexibility to work 30–40 hours per week based on program needs.

This role exists to support the effective delivery of Early Life programmes through administration, coordination and operational support. It is both people‑facing and detail‑driven, requiring someone who is comfortable moving between relationships, systems and logistics. You will work closely with the Early Life Programme Director and team, supporting a mix of programme activities, events, communications and operational processes. Some weeks will be more event‑heavy; others more admin‑focused — adaptability is key.
