Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or e-commerce management.
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English.
• Proven people leadership and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma and ERP / WMS systems (advantageous).
• Detail-oriented, analytical and passionate about operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams, building a strong positive culture.
• Oversee warehouse operations, logistics and fleet management.
• Ensure efficient order fulfilment and exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage supply chain stock control and compliance (including cold chain).
• Deliver process improvements, manage KPIs, budgets and cross-team projects.
