Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls for campaigns to elicit donations.
• Calling for new/increased debit orders.
• Updating database details.
• Assisting with appeals.
• Calling donors on a daily basis.
• Capturing key customer data.
• Providing customers with correct and relevant information.
• Responding to customer inquiries and answering inbound calls.
• Generating customer interest in services or products offered.
• Providing personalized customer service responding to customer needs.
• Ensuring feedback improves customer services.
• Managing emails and correspondence with donors.
• Reporting problems to manager.
