Job Description :

The DMS Solution Expert supports the Senior IT Manager in coordinating and managing Autoline processes, ensuring accuracy. This role involves creating analytical reports for process improvement and implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Aftersales stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise on DMS capabilities.
  2. Customize and configure DMS platforms to optimize document storage, retrieval, and security for financial data.
  3. Develop and maintain workflows within the DMS to streamline document processes, including version control and audit trails.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to document management and data security.
  5. Create user manuals and train employees on DMS functionalities and best practices.
  6. Monitor system performance and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted DMS operation.
  7. Troubleshoot issues across all automotive divisions related to DMS platforms.
  8. Evaluate and recommend enhancements to DMS platforms based on evolving business needs and technological advancements.
  9. Perform daily health checks for the Autoline system.
  10. Support users with problems and queries related to the Keyloop Autoline application software.
  11. Resolve problems using investigative and analytical skills.
  12. Identify and replicate problems requiring software changes by Keyloop Development.
  13. Proactively own all calls in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
  14. Manage, prioritize, and update calls using the call logging system.
  15. Assist, train, and support less experienced team members with their calls.
  16. Report sensitive issues to IT Manager and Senior Support staff as needed.
  17. Handle complaints and call escalation requests from users.
  18. Implement and administer all Autoline modules, databases, and new products.
  19. Implement new products aligned with DMS functionality.

Recommended Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related fields.
  • Equivalent studies and proven certificates are acceptable.

Recommended Experience :

  • At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably with exposure to Keyloop / Autoline support.
  • Experience integrating DMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Sales, Finance).
