The Digital Marketing Executive / SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing paid and organic campaigns, optimising web traffic, driving lead generation, and creating engaging content for multiple brands. The role requires analytical thinking, creativity, and strong digital marketing expertise to improve brand visibility and campaign performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimise paid and organic marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email).
  • Analyse and improve website traffic, search engine rankings, and lead generation metrics.
  • Produce high-quality content tailored to target audiences, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor, report, and interpret analytics data to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage and maintain digital marketing calendars, schedules, and content pipelines.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support brand awareness initiatives and growth strategies for Compariqo, Exance, and Checkmate.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, SEO, or SEM roles.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns and optimising organic traffic.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Experience in content creation, copywriting, and brand messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from data and improve campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across international teams.
