We’re Hiring: Digital Content Creator & Graphic Designer

Location

Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day in-office – Morningside, Sandton)

Salary

R20,000 – R25,000 CTC / month (depending on experience & portfolio)

Type

Full-time | Reports to: Head of Design

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule 12-20 social posts per week (static, stories, reels, carousels)
• Design, edit, and retouch photography & visuals
• Produce short-form video content using CapCut & AI tools
• Develop original concepts for campaigns & launches
• Support client-facing design work where needed

What you’ll need

• 3-5 years of design / content experience
• A strong, versatile portfolio
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite & Meta Business Suite
• Solid understanding of social platforms and brand tone
• A proactive mindset & willingness to learn new creative tech (especially AI)
