Overview

We are seeking a Dealer Branding Coordinator, for a permanent role based in Rivonia, Gauteng.

Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communication, Strategy or related field
  • At least 3 years’ post qualification related experience
  • Code 8 driver’s license & own transport essential & willing to travel when required
  • Experience within the OEM automotive industry and knowledge of the South African automotive market
  • Computer literate (MS Office packages) specifically PowerPoint
  • Bilingual skills preferred
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for formulating annual shopfitting goals and plans in conjunction with the annual dealer development plan
  • Formulating and updating quarterly shopfitting plans based on the actual development of quarterly dealers
  • Clarifying the content of shopfitting work and determining suppliers through the procurement process
  • Supplier contract management, determining the next stage of suppliers through the procurement process one month before the contract expires
  • Managing the store's budget and organizing payments on schedule in accordance with business policies
  • Following up with suppliers for on-site measurement, scheme design, and scheme implementation
  • Responsible for organizing store construction acceptance and promptly notifying the sales & policy team of the acceptance results
  • Managing shopfitting materials, including material procurement, safety stock management, and maintenance of warranty period after store construction is completed
  • Producing progress reports or summary reports on shopfitting work, and reporting to management
  • Assisting the marketing dept with events and sponsorships
  • Processing marketing claims from dealers and ensuring there is PROOF of their efforts
  • Ensure all dealers are compliant with the BAIC SA shopfitting standard
  • Day-to-day admin tasks
