Job summary

A global technology services provider is seeking a Data Centre Managed Services Engineer to maintain IT infrastructure and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing servers on VMware and AWS, resolving technical incidents, and maintaining storage systems. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and certifications, along with 3-5 years of experience in server administration and networking. This is an on-site position in East London, Eastern Cape.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Intel platforms.
• Experience with Local Area Networks (LAN).
• Experience with Wide Area Networks (WAN).
• Experience with Scripting/development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clients' IT infrastructure and systems.
• Deploy and manage services on VMware and Azure.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and tune system hardware/software.
• Respond to system alerts and issues.
