This position reports to the Head of TDT Analytics.

Your responsibilities can include:

• Building and optimising models and reports using support tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Dataform, Branch Dashboards; producing weekly reports to inform operational decisions and drive improvement.
• Creating reports with focus areas for business improvement.
• Building dashboards to be used by the business for exception management.
• Identifying important variables and focus areas in the business.
• Analysing data to answer strategic and operational questions posed by the business.
• Automating data extraction and report update processes.
• Providing information to various stakeholders.
• Data validation and integrity testing.
• Data cleansing and data modelling.
• Collaborating with TDT managers and Franchise Managers to establish project plans while accounting for the trade‑offs between operational practicality and overall performance.
• Providing significant support to TDT according to weekly goals and targeted metrics.
• Using weekly and monthly targets to manage day‑to‑day performance and inform operations for best impact طريق.
• Regularly reviewing and analysing key metrics in operations to identify root causes and formulate solutions to improve performance.
• Managing customer, branch, driver, and courier feedback into continuous performance improvement processes.

Technical Skills and Tools:

• Experience with automation and ETL software.
• Strong experience in building and optimising SQL scripts.
• Strong understanding of BI fundamentals.
• Implementing version control using GIT.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Writing technical documentation for APIs and libraries.
• Implementing analytics and tracking features in applications.
• Designing and implementing database schemas.
• Optimising database queries and indexes for performance when needed.
• Implementing error handling and logging mechanisms.
• Estimating story points and task durations for sprint planning.
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Engineering, Information Systems, BCom Computer Science or a similar degree plus 3 years experience in a BI, data or engineering role within a fast‑paced, product‑led, growth‑focused organisation.
• If lacking a bachelor’s orМатериал diploma, a relevant higher certificate plus 6 years experience in a comparable role within a fast‑paced, product‑led, growth‑focused organisation.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SQL, ETL pipelines, Google BigQuery, AWS, Looker Studio, and Python.
• Experience with cron scheduling (custom or third‑party software).
• High proficiency with MS Office packages, especially advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
• Experience with large datasets and performance optimisation on digital platforms.
• Retail or e‑commerce and supply chain industry experience is beneficial.
