Who are we looking for

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 10–12 years’ experience in data analytics, ideally within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing. This individual should have advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, and SQL, with strong exposure to ERP and CRM systems. A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, the right candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

What will you do
  • Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of business performance reporting.
  • Conduct trend, variance, and root-cause analysis across pricing, trade promotions, and sales performance.
  • Provide demand forecasting and supply chain planning support.
  • Deliver insights on customer profitability, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
  • Build predictive models to guide commercial strategy and category management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Present clear, visual, and impactful insights to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in data handling and visualization best practices.
What do you need
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of proven experience in data analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, data modeling), SQL, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and CRM tools.
  • Experience with Python, R, or SAS for statistical modeling (advantageous).
