Data Administrator (Part-Time, Remote – South Africa)

We are delighted to be supporting a growing UK-based financial services SME in their search for a highly organised and detail-driven Data Administrator.

This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys structured work, and thrives in a role where precision genuinely matters.

Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll play a key role in supporting the London team by ensuring their internal systems and client records remain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.

If you have a background in bookkeeping, accounts administration, or data-focused support, this could be the perfect fit.

The Role

As the Data Administrator, you will :

  • Process and input data from lenders, accountancy platforms, and financial documents into the company's CRM (FinPlan).
  • Send invoices to clients and reconcile payments across accounting software, internal records, and the CRM.
  • Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
  • Carry out routine data checks to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Follow clear workflows and maintain well-structured documentation.
  • Work closely with the UK team to clarify information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and care.
About You

We're looking for someone who brings :

  • Experience in data processing, data administration, or similar administrative roles.
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounts experience (beneficial but not essential).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Confident communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Competence with spreadsheets and CRM / database systems.
