A global commodities insights provider in Cape Town is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure clients derive maximum value from solutions through proactive engagement and tailored training. Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential, alongside a bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will facilitate customer onboarding, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will be part of the EMEA Customer Success team within the Customer Excellence group at Commodity Insight (CI). The team focuses on value, trust and delight by ensuring smooth onboarding, education and enablement of customers with our solutions. Through proactive and reactive customer engagement, the team develops trust and relationships with clients focusing on their needs and goals.
