A leading FinTech company in Cape Town is seeking a hands-on CRM Specialist to drive impactful campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing within a digital B2C environment and is highly detail-oriented. This role involves building, testing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns using real-time data to deliver tailored messages. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed CRM Specialist who’s passionate about helping people across South Africa make better financial decisions.
In this role, you’ll be the engine of our CRM execution, turning ideas into high-impact campaigns that reach millions of users across email, push, WhatsApp, and in-product messaging.
Working closely with our Senior CRM Manager (South Africa) and collaborating with global CRM, Creative Studio, and MarTech teams, you’ll own delivery quality end-to-end: building, testing, and optimising campaigns that connect the right message with the right user at the right time.
