Core Competency Non-Negotiable Requirement Instructional Design & L&D 2+ Years of formal experience (corporate L&D/Talent Development) with a portfolio specifically focused on digital media, content creation, or visual design training. Content Creation Mastery Exceptional, demonstrated expertise in creating, editing, and managing high-quality, conversion-focused short-form video and static graphics for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. E-commerce & Metrics Focus Clear understanding of how creative execution drives key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS). Experience designing content specifically for paid social advertising is a must. Technical Fluency Deep, working knowledge of the modern creative tech stack (Canva, CapCut/Premier Pro equivalent, Asana/Trello) and capacity to simplify complex workflows. Master Communicator Superior virtual presence and an ability to deliver constructive critique and translate advanced concepts into clear, actionable learning outcomes.
