Job summary

Job description
Key Accountabilities
  • Manage Debrief Resources – ensure Debrief procedures are always adhered to.
  • Debriefing of Vehicles – Blind receiving process and AOD process.
  • Manage trade Returns and RPA procedure.
  • Oversee the Receiving damages procedures and processes.
  • Manage Warehouse damages.
  • Repacked Stock - ensure that repacked stock is categorized as necessary i.e. Warehouse, transfer, AOD, trade returns, GRV repacks.
  • Monitoring of Put ways from debrief.
  • Control of PODs - Monitor outstanding RPA PODs and capture purchase orders.
  • Control of RPA’s processes and procedures.
  • Debrief Administration – maintain a proper filing system for all Debrief Administration processes.
  • Housekeeping – conduct regular inspection of the debrief area.
  • Stock Take – Count damaged units when necessary and maintain full control of SWO. Assist with stock count when required.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned and as the role may dictate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s or equivalent 3-year degree (NQF Level 7).
Skills and Experience
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a similar environment with at least 2 years of tactical leadership or specialist experience.
