A leading pharmaceutical brand is seeking a Brand Manager to enhance brand loyalty and improve customer experience. The role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, and managing stakeholder engagement. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management and more than 3 years of Brand Management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry. Strong business acumen and project management skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years’ experience in Brand Management within the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry.
  • Knowledge on non-Schedule and S0 required.
  • Experience with direct to consumer advertising ATL, BTL & TTL.

  • Bridging the gap between the brand, customer, and consumer.
  • Conducting strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Monitoring performance and reporting.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to support brand initiatives.

Main Purpose of Job

  • A Brand Manager bridges the gap between the brand, customer, and consumer by leveraging insights. The goal of the Brand Manager is to promote and augment brand loyalty through enhancing the customer and consumer experience within a rapidly evolving environment to meet business targets set out.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or related field.

Experience

  • More than 3 years’ experience in Brand Management, within the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical and Complimentary industry. Knowledge on non-Schedule and S0 a must. Advantages to have experience in Vitamins, Supplements, and Complimentary medicine.
  • Experience on direct to consumer advertising ATL, BTL & TTL a must

Skills/Physical Competencies

  • Strong Business Acumen insight (NS, Vol, GP, full P & L review and reporting)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data (data set experience required: IQVIA, IMS, Qlickview etc.)
  • Effective project management skills, ability to plan, organize and execute.
  • Proven ability to support and collaborate with sales teams.
