Responsibilities

• Receive visitors and assist with requests for information.
• Ensure accuracy of customer details in the system and note follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements following a sales script.
• Make calls to potential customers to develop relationships.
• Follow mandatory procedures for compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in routine business development support tasks.
• Identify potential customers through information and referrals.
• Input and select appropriate data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Participate in networking to contribute ideas and build connections.
