Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk and Compliance, focusing on South African exchange controls.
• Expertise with SARB regulations and BoP reporting.
• Ability to lead compliance initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Balance of Payments (BoP) reporting accurately.
• Liaise with the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) for approvals.
• Lead KYC and KYB processes ensuring compliance with UK, EU and African regulations.
