This is a highly collaborative role where you will work alongside our product, AI engineering, and client‑facing teams to design, test, and refine our customers’ contract lifestyle management solutions—ensuring that our platform delivers unparalleled accuracy, compliance, and business value.

You’ll make an impact by:
Contracting expertise
  • Guiding customers during their CLM implementation to ensure contracting processes are efficient and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Acting as a bridge so customers’ legal and compliance priorities are fully reflected in the technical setup of their CLM solution.
  • Understanding the realities faced by in‑house legal teams and articulating how smart contract management solves those challenges.
  • Serving as a trusted customer‑facing advisor, helping clients translate complex contracting requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
CLM & technology enablement
  • Applying deep knowledge of CLM SaaS platforms, including architecture, configurations, integrations, and data management.
  • Embedding CLM best practices into client workflows to boost efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Supporting the development and testing of AI‑driven legal and contracting technology solutions.
  • Collaborating directly with client teams to ensure technical choices align with real‑world user needs and adoption goals.
Business process & stakeholder engagement
  • Conducting business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, and mapping optimized workflows.
  • Partnering with clients to understand pain points and drive adoption of CLM solutions.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels, ensuring alignment and buy‑in for solution delivery.
  • Facilitating customer workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs to build confidence and secure engagement throughout the lifecycle.
Project & change management
  • Leading and supporting complex implementation projects, driving on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
  • Utilizing project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools to manage delivery.
  • Providing change management support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Maintaining proactive and transparent communication with customer teams to set expectations and mitigate risks early.
Customer success & innovation
  • Gathering and analyzing user/client feedback to refine products and services.
  • Staying ahead of evolving legal tech and CLM trends to drive continuous innovation.
  • Maintaining a customer‑first approach, ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.
  • Owning the customer relationship post‑go‑live, reinforcing value, supporting continuous improvement, and nurturing long‑term trust.
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

Strong background in contracting, particularly in IT, outsourcing, services, or software‑related agreements.

  • Hands‑on experience with CLM platforms, SaaS solutions, or enterprise technology implementations.
  • Proven ability to conduct business process analysis and workflow optimization.
  • Project management expertise with experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (preferred but not necessary).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship‑building skills—especially in customer‑facing environments.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
