This company that we have partnered with is looking for a Head of Product for their digital wallet that has over 6 million active users!

Need Experience In:

• Development, review, and refinement of mobile payments growth strategies
• Development and rollout of consumer and vendor product enhancement features
• Setting vendor team objectives and monitoring delivery
• Development and implementation of marketing and communications plans
• Refinement and implementation of product pricing models

Monitoring and improvement of overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Demonstrable knowledge of the SA payments / Virtual Wallets / Mobile Money You will be working with their CCO and CTO, and will ensure that their team structure, pricing models, and commercial disciplines - including marketing and customer service - are the right ones to deliver very strong growth at an attractive ARPU.Your role will be focused on South Africa and you will report directly to their CCO.
