Key Responsibilities
  • Execute cold email campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo etc.
  • Conduct cold calls to B2B decision-makers, booking meetings or qualifying leads
  • Build and manage outbound lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach based on ICPs and campaign goals
  • Write persuasive, on-brand outreach copy that generates replies and conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and outcomes in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • 1–2+ years of experience in cold outreach or outbound sales (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling light objection management
  • Experience running cold email campaigns and working with outreach platforms
  • Strong written English and outreach copywriting skills
  • Understanding of basic B2B marketing concepts (e.g., ICPs, funnels, personas)
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn)
  • Ideal industry exposure in Tech, SaaS, Marketing, MarTech, FinTech
