• Grade 12 and Financial Degree
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior financial management position, preferably within the agricultural sector
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax legislation and cross-border financial management
• Proven leadership and strategic decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel to Mozambique on a monthly basis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Valid driver's license and own transport
