Job summary

A leading aviation management organization located in Gauteng seeks an experienced senior leader with at least 10 years of experience in a large and complex organization. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Master’s degree and a proven track record of leading safety-critical organizations through strategic transformation. Candidates must be prepared for rigorous assessment processes, including interviews and psychometric tests. Preference will be given to applicants with disabilities as per the Employment Equity Plan.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years senior leadership experience in a large complex organisation/s, including experience of reporting to or working with the Board of Directors.
• A proven track record of leading a complex, safety‑critical, or regulated organisation through strategic transformation.

The incumbent will be based at the ATNS offices currently in Bruma. Applicants will be subjected to various types of assessments that include interviews, psychometric assessment, vetting, etc.
