A leading aged care provider in Bloemfontein is seeking a dedicated Chef to prepare nutritious meals for residents. The role involves collaborating with hospitality teams to ensure high food safety standards while catering to special dietary needs. Ideal candidates will have a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and experience in aged care. Weekend Shifts – Week 2 Saturday and Sunday (06:30AM – 14:30PM)

As our Aged Care Chef, you’ll be at the helm of kitchen operations planning and preparing meals that meet a range of dietary needs while maintaining the highest standards in hygiene, food safety, and service delivery.
You’ll collaborate with hospitality staff, dietitians, and care teams to craft meals that are nourishing, well-presented, and tailored to our residents’ preferences and health requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
