About the Role

Whizants is looking for an experiencedChange and Communication Specialistto join our team on a short-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving change initiatives, implementing cultural change, and delivering impactful communication strategies that support business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communication plans to support organisational change initiatives.
  • Partner with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure adoption of new ways of working.
  • Design and implement change management approaches using theADKAR modelto drive awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement.
  • Craft clear, engaging, and tailored communication content across multiple channels (presentations, emails, newsletters, intranet, workshops).
  • Support cultural change programmes, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and feedback loops.
  • Ensure alignment of communication strategies with organisational culture, values, and brand.
  • Track and report on communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum5+ years’ experiencein change management and communication.
  • Proven track record in implementingcultural change initiatives.
  • Strong background in designing and delivering change communication strategies.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (especiallyADKAR; Prosci, Agile Change, or similar beneficial).
