A leading tire manufacturer in South Africa is seeking a Cell Leader to oversee production processes. You will be responsible for the implementation of Daily Management Systems and lead the team in achieving performance goals. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, combined with 4 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

  • 4 to 7 years experience in a process improvement environment in the manufacturing industry.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge/experience working with Excel and LED systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the cleaning inspection and lubrication process (CIL).
  • Implement the Safety Trigger system to eliminate potential accidents.
  • Create a 90-day plan for the cell and coordinate Loss Analysis.
