A leading food service management company in South Africa seeks a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food costs, and implement production processes. The ideal candidate will have a relevant culinary qualification and at least 3 years of kitchen management experience, with a strong knowledge of HACCP. This role requires excellent management and communication skills, alongside a commitment to food service quality.
The successful incumbent will be responsible to assist with all food service-related activities which include managing daily operations of the kitchen area, implementation of the production process, managing food/labour costs, and an overall understanding of HACCP.
