Responsibilities

• Conduct casino games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and slot machines in accordance with company policies and procedures on board the cruise ship
• Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Monitoring and maintaining the integrity of the games, ensuring fair play and accurate payouts
• Handling cash and chips accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized gaming area
• Assisting in training new dealers and providing coaching and feedback as needed
• Complying with all safety and security procedures, as well as responsible gaming practices
• Participating in casino promotions and events to attract and retain guests
• Adhering to all company and shipboard rules and regulations

Requirements

• 2 years' experience in Blackjack, Roulette and Three Card Poker or Ultimate Texas Hold\'em in a land-based casino
• Extensive knowledge of various casino games and procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work flexible hours
• Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and obtain necessary visas and travel documents
