Job summary

A leading appliance manufacturer in South Africa is seeking a Call Centre Service Advisor to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a Matric qualification and at least one year of call centre experience, alongside strong communication skills and fluency in English. In this role, you will liaise with customers, manage technical supports, and ensure service targets are met. This position is based in Midrand, Gauteng.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is essential.

  • Liaise telephonically and in writing with customers and retailers.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and support.
  • Manage the CONTACT and Sales Force systems daily.

We are currently on a search for a call centre service advisor tojoin the largest manufacturer and distributor of major appliances company in Southern Africa, to be based in Midrand. In this role, the goal is to provide excellent customer service, resolve problems efficiently, and enhance customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaising telephonically/written with customers and retailers
  • Solving customer education calls by providing technical product knowledge by performing ‘First-line support’
  • Ensuring service targets are met – KPI’s
  • Daily CONTACT and Sales Force system management
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction rate according to the company standards
  • Reporting on all outstanding calls
  • Attending and solving of customer queries via Service Manager, internet and from retail stores
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric
  • 1 Year Call Centre Experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to speak English fluently
