Job description

Responsibilities

• Procurement of goods and services in line with the National Treasury Act, ARC policies and procedures.
• Invitation of quotations, processing of purchase orders and follow up on outstanding transactions
• Expediting purchase orders, assisting with the international and contract procurement.
• Provide advice on the procurement of goods and or services including sourcing methods
• Handling of internal and or external enquiries
• Compile and submit reports as required.
• Financial and general administration.
• Render assistance within the stores when required.
