Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced BDR to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company.

You will work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.

The company provides comprehensive lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets.

What success looks like: 15+ qualified appointments per month, working with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.

You'll be part of an integrated sales team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organization.

Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
