Role Overview

The Business Analyst / Tester will support CCBA’s Transport Management System (TMS) Programme across Release 1 and Release 2, performing a dual role that combines business analysis, system integration, and end-to-end testing responsibilities.

The role forms part of CCBA’s delivery team and operates under CCBA’s governance, standards, and direction. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that business and integration requirements are clearly elicited, documented, signed off, and translated into testable, high-quality solutions, while also supporting comprehensive testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse the organisation’s business processes and design effective system and process solutions.
  • Assess the current business and system landscape and define the future state.
  • Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business, functional, and integration requirements.
  • Ensure requirements are clear, testable, traceable, and approved through formal business sign-off.
  • Perform business process modelling (AS-IS / TO-BE).
  • Facilitate requirements and design workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the delivery team.
  • Conduct impact analysis and support solution design decisions.
  • Develop high-quality documentation to support solution build and implementation.
  • Collaborate with multiple business and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
