Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
Graduate in mathematical related fields OR
2–4+ years experience in data analytics, business analysis or a similar analytical role, ideally within employee benefits, retirement funds, healthcare consulting or financial services.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query, macros desirable).
Strong PowerPoint skills with a track record of creating executive-level presentations.
Experience with data extraction, cleaning and manipulation.
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to present data clearly.
Understanding of retirement funds, healthcare plans and benchmarking is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Were looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our healthcare and retirement consulting teams. This is a key support role focused on data analysis, trend reporting, benchmarking and insights that help consulting and sales teams deliver stronger outcomes for clients. Youll work with large datasets, build models in Excel, prepare high-quality PowerPoint reports and contribute to research that informs recommendations. This is not a client-facing position, but rather a critical internal role that supports consultants with the data and analytics they need to succeed
Analyse retirement fund, benefits and healthcare data to identify trends, support benchmarking and inform strategic recommendations.
Build and maintain advanced Excel models, including dashboards, data visualisations and forecasting tools.
Prepare clear and concise PowerPoint reports for internal use and consultant presentations.
Support the consulting teams with market research, competitor analysis and industry insights.
Extract, clean and manipulate datasets from multiple sources to produce accurate analysis.
Produce regular reporting on key metrics, trends and benchmarking results for use in consulting engagements.
Collaborate closely with consultants to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytics.
Assist with ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects related to employee benefits and retirement fund performance.
