Position Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Analyse & Optimise Processes: Map, review, and streamline processes across multiple business units, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Systems Support (Admin Level): Maintain configurations, user roles, workflows, and master data across enterprise systems. Assist teams with troubleshooting, enhancements, and testing.
  • Data & Insights: Write SQL queries, validate data, and support operational reporting to help drive informed decisions.
  • Project Coordination: Support technology evaluations, new system implementations, requirements gathering, testing, and user training.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide structured analysis, documentation, and reporting to support management and organisational growth.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or systems support (±3 years).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Understanding of ERP or property-related systems (MRI PMX or similar advantageous).
  • Proficient with process-mapping tools (BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
