Job summary

A leading facilities management company is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day building maintenance activities, compliance with safety regulations, and managing contractors. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in building maintenance with supervisory responsibilities is required, along with strong communication and leadership skills.   • Prepare and submit monthly technical reports and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
