Who are we?

Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Sanlam Life Limited that provides a range of simple and affordable financial solutions to clients, including funeral insurance, savings for education, life cover and personal accident plans. What will you do?
  • Contribute to an optimal client experience in SRM Branches through speedy reception and referrals of clients and support the Branch Manager with administrative duties.
  • Manage branch reception and client support.
  • Conduct general branch administration.
What will make you successful in this role?
  • Client service principles.
  • Knowledge of the insurance landscape and/or products is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of office management systems.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an office coordination, clerical or administrative capacity.
