They're looking to add a proactive and driven Bookkeeper to their finance team- someone eager to take ownership of day-to-day accounting responsibilities and grow with the business.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with monthly reporting, and supporting the financial health of the business. You'll be using Xero, so confidence with this platform is essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Capture and reconcile supplier and customer invoices
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Assist in month-end processes and reporting
  • Maintain general ledgers and journals
  • Work closely with external accountants and auditors when required
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc admin and reporting duties
